Wordpress is primarily a bogging platform whose growth has increasingly seen its use as a basic Content Management System or CMS.
The Wordpress system offers content editing without needing to know any HTML, post-dating of articles so they can automatically “go live” on a scheduled date, reader participation through comments, organization of content using tags, easy addition of new functionality, it’s very SEO friendly and therefore great for your articles to be picked up by blogging services and search engines.
